I have learned from filling out an application that you must not leave things blank unless it is towards you. When filling these out you definitely don't wanna have any errors and you will ALWAYS use a black or blue pen. This is usually something that you can get from the business, but can also can sometimes get it off their website. It's something that will not take you long at all, but should be done as neat as possible. You don't want the boss to see that you just rushed through it and made it all sloppy looking.
